Returns
Natural Jackets has a simple return process that is to your satisfaction. That’s why we give you 30 days after you get your item delivered.
If you receive the wrong item with a different size and color that you didn’t order or any other faults or dissatisfaction with the quality, we’ll return or exchange it for you. But we recommend you must contact us within the 2 business days in that case.
The item you’ll send for return or exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it with the labels attached to be eligible.
Note:
- There’s no return for the change of mind if there’s no fault with the product and you received the same item as you ordered.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. There will also be upto a 20% restocking fee on selected items.
- Products like leather jackets are custom-made to your demands. They are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges for size changes unless we send you the wrong-sized item.
- There’s a possibility of a slight difference between the product’s displayed color and the actual delivered one. This reason isn’t eligible for the return or exchange.
The process of return
You must contact Natural Jackets’ customer service to get your Return Authorization Number (RMA) for the return. We cannot accept returns sent without an RMA.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to see if it meets the criteria. You’ll get your refund using the same payment method you used for the order within 7 business days.
FREE USA Shipping
Shipping is FREE all over the United States.
You will get your order delivered to your doorstep within 5 to 7 business days through FedEx or USPS (delays can be expected in festival seasons).
UK/Canada/Australia worldwide shipping
Natural jackets ship to the UK, Canada, Australia, and worldwide customers through FedEx with FREE delivery.
