Want to return or exchange your purchased item at Natural Jackets?

We will guide you through the process if you need to exchange or return an item. Just be prepared with your order number. Your order confirmation email will contain that number.

Our Return and Exchange Policy:

We are dedicated to providing the most stylish, cutting-edge, and perfect products to our clients. You can start the return process nonetheless if the ordered item does not live up to your expectations or is delivered in poor condition. Customers may return or exchange a purchase up to 30 days after the date of delivery under our flexible return policy.

 Make sure the item has all of its tags still attached and is unworn before starting a return. Before authorizing it, our return processing staff will inspect the item (customer-caused damages or worn merchandise won’t be eligible for a refund).

Please Note that:

Please contact us within three days if you discover any differences, flaws, or damage that may have occurred during shipment. If the consumer does not notify us within the specified time, we are unable to provide a resolution.

If you want to return/exchange the product, you can only do it under certain conditions. These conditions are:

     

      • Different Product: If the item you received is not what you actually ordered.

      • Defective Product: If the item is broken or doesn’t work properly.

      • Changed Color or Size: If the color or size of the product is different from what you ordered.

    You can only return/exchange the product if it’s not the right one, if it’s broken, or if it’s not the size or color you wanted.

    Sizing

    Please note that our products are custom-made, we specifically make them for the orders we receive. Prior to placing an order, it is essential to review the detailed size chart provided with each product and select the appropriate size for your jacket. The return and exchange policy does not cover cases where the wrong size was ordered.

    Color:

    Some people’s screens may have various resolutions & lighting, which could cause the product’s color to appear a little bit different to them.

    Packaging:

    We are unable to provide free pre-paid postage labels to consumers who are prepared to return their purchases because we provide free delivery at our own expense. For any return or exchange, customers are requested to email info@naturaljackets.com in order to get the best guidance for your concerns.
